Employee Web Portal Acknowledgement

In a continuing effort to meet our companies’ growing demands, we have included an Employee Portal Tab on our website (www.advmechservs.com). What this means for you is 24-7 access to important company documents and information. This tab also contains your Monthly Safety Training along with a quiz to submit to HR. To remain OSHA, ACA, State, and Federally compliant we have also included tabs titled Regulatory and Compliance Docs, Employee Benefits, and several other tabs to insure your understanding of our company policies and procedures.

The Regulatory and Compliance tab includes the Federal and State labor law postings for all states we conduct business in. It also includes the OSHA 300A form (required from Feb 1-April 1) and the additional TOSHA Safety Committee Compliance information for TN. The Employee Benefits tab provides you benefit information on all plans offered. We are required to also provide the OE Notice, Certificates and Plan Summaries, the Wrap Document and the ACA Marketplace Notice. These documents include more detailed information pertaining to the health insurance plans we offer. The OE Notice is a very informative document concerning Medicare, etc. The remaining tabs include Tech Training, Policies, and Procedures.

We are excited to provide 24-7 access to these important documents. Please take the time to make yourself familiar with where to locate pertinent information. If inspected by OSHA they may ask you if you are familiar with the Labor Law documents in your state. It is important to reassure OSHA we are an informed workforce. Being informed is undoubtedly to our advantage.
